Let's start on the color palette! You've chosen soft warm hues that enhance the mood of this heartwarming scene, very delightful~ I like that little pattern background, too. One thing that confuses me is the blue tint shadows (o_e) that seems a little weird to me??? (Maybe it's my screen's fault //tilts laptop) Just my opinion though, not an important thing!
Perspective and Anatomy: Without furniture or other objects, I can't really critique on that. It seems like the adult pony is lying on something? And I suck at anatomy myself, so, eh, who am I to say about that? Ah well, let's move on.
Overall: The little pony representing you must have worked very hard on that card! ^o^ The spilled glue and scattered glitter are nice details telling a little tender story- oh my, there's glue dripping off the heart! I guess she couldn't wait for the glue to dry and wanted to give it to her mother as soon as possible~ (I hope she's not getting the glue in her mouth o.o )
All in all, I like this very much, it's so sweet!
Ratings: Vision: Great hues! Originality: Now, I can't say this is an original concept o.o but do truly original concepts exist anymore? However, what matters here is the heart... :') Technique: This is somewhat sketchier than your average commissions, but it feels just right with the softer lines. Also the shading to the manes to show their swirls is a thumbs up! Impact: A heartwarming picture that tells a tender tale, just like I said before.
